  This is a stand out destination dining experience. Locally inspired fine dining dishes served by the most perfect waiting staff - knowledgeable and clearly proud of their product, perfectly balancing warmth with professionalism. Friendly but unobtrusive service, beautifully appointed dining rooms.
  
  A lunch which takes all afternoon, close to perfection.
  
  The paired wines offer outstanding value, especially when their generous pours are considered (not for drivers!) - unmatched in the area.

  Visited Maxwell Wines recently and was greeted warmly. It is a beautiful cellar door overlooking the winery, was mid vintage so saw the open fermentation tanks full of pressed grapes. Took the $15 coastal Mediterranean wine flight, 4 wines with generous pours. Was a bit disappointed when they didn't deduct at least one tasting fee when I purchased multiple wines. Overall, was a good experience.

  Lovely spot, nice modern decor, great service and friendly and professional staff. You can not ask for a better combinations if good stuff. We were there for wine tasting and it was a great experience. Looking forward to try the food at the restaurant for the next time.

  An exceptional fine dining experience from beginning to end. Hats off to the chefs for taste, quality ingredients and specifically the presentation.
  
  We also opted for the wine pairing with our degustation. The wine pairings went well with our meals, however we would’ve loved to learn more about the history and tasting notes.
  
  Unfortunately due to restrictions being implemented the night before our visit and not to cancel guests bookings, all seatings were reduced to 2 hours with a reduced menu.
  
  As a result, we were more tipsy than full by the end of the meal but understandably, Maxwell did what they could given the circumstances.
  
  We definitely are keen to go back for the full experience.

  I had the degustation on a Sunday afternoon, the dining room has beautiful windows overlooking the vineyard. I was impressed with all the dishes, my favourites were the chicken, doughnut and the desserts. The desserts were light, fresh and an excellent end to a delectable lunch. It was very refined and presentation was impeccable. Thank you for a beautiful meal!
